Case: Delivery of samples for certification to the USA | Turnkey air transportation

We were approached by a Ukrainian company that was preparing to enter the US market. To do this, it was necessary to promptly deliver product samples to a laboratory in Milwaukee for testing and obtaining export permits. The client faced several difficulties: the recipient in the USA could not act as an importer, since he is not a subject of foreign economic activity; the laboratory did not have the technical capabilities to unload the samples independently; fast delivery was required – sea transportation in a prefabricated container took too much time. Our solution We offered a comprehensive logistics scheme with full cargo support: Customs clearance as samples. To avoid complications with importer registration, we registered the cargo not as goods, but as samples for testing. This decision significantly simplified the procedure and reduced the cost of customs clearance in the USA. Air delivery on the Gdansk – Milwaukee route. Given the urgency, we chose air transportation – the fastest and most reliable way to deliver goods to the USA. Thanks to direct cooperation with general agents of airlines, our company ensured a favorable tariff and stable delivery times. Full support in the USA. Our partners organized customs clearance, road delivery to the laboratory and unloading using special transport with a truck crane, since the recipient did not have his own equipment. Result The air delivery of samples from Ukraine to the USA was carried out without delays. The cargo arrived intact, passed customs procedures on time, and the client was able to begin testing and certifying the products for further export to the American market. Conclusion This case demonstrates that professional logistics is not just transportation, but a full range of solutions. We help clients enter new markets by organizing international transportation on a turnkey basis: from packaging and air delivery to customs clearance and delivery to the recipient’s door.
